Selamat hari Minggu! Happy Sunday everyone! :)
I just came back from an overnight visit to Paris, hehe..kidding. It was on my dream, hopefully someday I'll make it true :D. By the way, I have a "Carnival in Paris" Tote Bag to show you. This is a March Challenge of Indonesian Crafter, this month theme is "Country." Initially, I don't have any idea of what to make to meet the challenge. Lucky, I am having a Paris theme cotton-linen blended in my stash. Unfortunately, it is only a fat quarter, around 57x50 cm, well, it's only enough for the front side of the bag. Luckily, I have a local cotton with something like carnival on the pattern, so I made it as the back side of the bag. It's quite weird or I may call it unique :p
|Do you notice the words on the fabric? "Antique Sewing" I love it! :)|
I used velboa for the lining and make two cellphones pocket and a love shape pocket from the same fabric of the back side. I don't used a foam or fusible between the outer and inside since velboa already quite thick.
so, this is the different back side :D
Ok, that's it. I hope to see you soon. :)
